Delivery lasts 6-14 days, costs 15 EUR (free shipping over 50 EUR), the products are available from a third party supplier.
Delivery area
- Products on this site can be shipped to most countries. However, it should be noted that the weather in Iceland is complex and the shipping time is slow, and we have to charge at least 80 euros for shipping. If the delivery address is in Iceland, you must first contact us by email: contact@creativeby.design Due to current sad events we cannot ship to Ukraine. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
Free Shipping Policy
- We will ship for free to most countries (except Iceland) if the value of the order exceeds 45 EUR. Due to current sad events, we are unable to ship to Ukraine. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
- If the delivery address is in Iceland, we have to charge at least 80 EUR for shipping.

Order preparation
Once we receive your order information, we will process the order:
- Check stock.
- Confirm whether the item in your order needs to be customized.
- Check your shipping address.
- Reconfirm if the item in your order is eligible for our shipping policy.
- If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.
- Order preparation may take 2 to 10 business days. Some custom lamps will require more preparation time. After we ship your order, we will email you detailed shipping information, including tracking number and query website.
- Please ensure you provide a detailed delivery address (street number is required). Otherwise, our customer service will inform you. This may delay shipping.
- Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and query location.
After the customer pays the fast shipping cost (including Hong Kong EMS, Fast Shipping, fedex and others fast shipping methods), if it has been shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Expedited Express for small pieces:
- Cost: Free

Please note: The information above is for reference only. For the same country, delivery time varies from one region to another. We are constantly improving our service and will do our best to find better carriers to work with.
Delivery time
- The delivery time we mentioned is just an estimate and mainly depends on the shipping time.
- And stock levels are shown on our website based on the stock levels we receive from our own or the manufacturer's warehouse . Stock levels can change quickly. Even though we have marked In Stock on our site, this does not mean that the product is actually in stock. At the time of ordering, the item may be sold.
- Please do not schedule an electrician based on stock levels and delivery times shown on our site. Only when the item arrives should the electrician be scheduled.

Compensation for late delivery
- If the goods are not delivered on time, we very much regret your delayed receipt of the goods and we will provide you with 10% of the order price of the delayed compensation of the goods. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive on time.
Wrong Address
- If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned by the relevant package service company, you will be responsible for shipping costs (not as per the table above). We will contact you upon receipt of the returned order and refund the order amount.
Reject package
- If a customer cancels an order or refuses delivery after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product and any shipping costs. If the product cannot be returned to the sender (for example, if the return shipping cost exceeds the value of the item), a refund is not available.
Refused Shipments
- Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to stop the delivery. If you choose to refuse the package, a fee of 30%–50% of the order amount will be charged to cover storage, handling, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
- If you find that the package is damaged during transit, please take photos after receiving it and send them to our customer service as proof. Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours on business days. Please remember to check your inbox and spam folder for our reply.

Will I be responsible for customs duties? If so, how much do they cost?
• The possibility of tariffs may will exist only when the max side length of a parcel is more than 60cm. Generally, this possibility is around 5%.
• If you do, we will be responsible for 20% of this amount.
• In the most cases, the amount for customs duties: 0-€20 per piece.
