The flicker is the trick. From across a room you will reach over to blow it out.

Inside is an ordinary ultrasonic diffuser: a 120ml tank, a fine cool mist, a few drops of whatever oil you like. On top is a simulated flame that moves irregularly rather than pulsing on a timer, which is the difference between a candle effect and a candle. Run it on a desk through a long evening and it does both jobs quietly.

Why it works

A flame that behaves like one. Irregular flicker, warm colour, no wax, no smoke, no risk of leaving it burning.
Mist you can actually see. 10 to 15ml an hour from a 120ml tank, so it runs for hours without refilling.
It protects itself. A smart chip cuts power when the tank runs dry, so forgetting about it costs nothing.
USB, 4.5W. Runs off a laptop, a plug adapter or a power bank. It draws less than a phone charger.
Small enough to sit anywhere. 95 x 95 x 150mm and 188g, so a bedside table or a crowded desk still has room.

Return policy

Here at creativeby.design our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

It’s important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.
If you are unhappy with an item and the item is not faulty, you must return it in its original condition - the condition in which it was sold - and in its original packaging, within 30 days after receiving it. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Within 7 days after receiving the returned goods, we will issue a refund covering the full price of the purchased goods. Refunds are issued via the payment method used when purchasing the goods.

Prior to returning any item, please contact us and we will guide you through our simple return process.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact us within 3 business days after receiving the damaged item. We will make all due arrangements to either send you a replacement or issue you a refund depending on your preference.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS: If you have received a faulty item, please contact us and we will assist you through the process. Time frames for refunds on faulty goods may vary depending on products.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED: In the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened unless the item is faulty. In addition, all custom objects cannot be returned.
