Your phone gets its own pocket, so it stops living at the bottom under everything else.

The shape is vertical and squared off, closer to a motorcycle satchel than a handbag, with rivets and a length of chain along the front. Inside there is a zipped main compartment and a separate slot sized for a phone, which is the detail that changes how the bag works day to day: you reach in once and find it, rather than digging. The strap runs to about 1.5 metres, so it wears cross-body or shortened around the waist.

Two ways to wear it. Long across the body, or shortened as a waist bag.
Closes twice. A latch over a zip, so nothing works its way out in a crowd.

Return policy

Here at creativeby.design our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

It’s important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.
If you are unhappy with an item and the item is not faulty, you must return it in its original condition - the condition in which it was sold - and in its original packaging, within 30 days after receiving it. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Within 7 days after receiving the returned goods, we will issue a refund covering the full price of the purchased goods. Refunds are issued via the payment method used when purchasing the goods.

Prior to returning any item, please contact us and we will guide you through our simple return process.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact us within 3 business days after receiving the damaged item. We will make all due arrangements to either send you a replacement or issue you a refund depending on your preference.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS: If you have received a faulty item, please contact us and we will assist you through the process. Time frames for refunds on faulty goods may vary depending on products.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED: In the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened unless the item is faulty. In addition, all custom objects cannot be returned.
