Everything arrives as components: airframe parts, a power module, the electronics and a four-channel handset. You assemble it, which means when it flies you know why it flies, and when something needs adjusting you know where to look. Four channels gives you real control surfaces rather than the two-stick approximation most toy planes offer, and one-touch takeoff gets you airborne without hand-launching.

Rules for remote-controlled aircraft vary by country, and in most of the EU the weight of the aircraft decides which rules apply to you. Check your national aviation authority before flying outdoors, and message us if you need the exact takeoff weight confirmed for registration purposes.

Return policy

Here at creativeby.design our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

It’s important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.
If you are unhappy with an item and the item is not faulty, you must return it in its original condition - the condition in which it was sold - and in its original packaging, within 30 days after receiving it. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Within 7 days after receiving the returned goods, we will issue a refund covering the full price of the purchased goods. Refunds are issued via the payment method used when purchasing the goods.

Prior to returning any item, please contact us and we will guide you through our simple return process.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact us within 3 business days after receiving the damaged item. We will make all due arrangements to either send you a replacement or issue you a refund depending on your preference.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS: If you have received a faulty item, please contact us and we will assist you through the process. Time frames for refunds on faulty goods may vary depending on products.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED: In the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened unless the item is faulty. In addition, all custom objects cannot be returned.
