We partners with global merchants and artisans, this means that your order is shipped from global areas such as the United States, Italy, Thailand, Tibet, Japan, Canada, India, Australia, Greenland, etc..because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 6-12 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it is not delivered quickly, it’s on its way, simply use the tracking code we provide with each shipment to see where it is in real time or in case of doubt or problems you can contact us.

Most of our products are shipped worldwide. Shipping varies from partner to partner but if you are interested in buying a product that does not ship please contact us and we will see if we can do something to get you the piece you want.

Please note that if you order multiple items, may they will be shipped in separate parcels (but you won't have to pay extra for shipping). 

If you believe your parcel is taking too long to arrive or fear it could be lost, please contact support and we will look into it right away.

It’s important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.
If you are unhappy with an item and the item is not faulty, you must return it in its original condition - the condition in which it was sold - and in its original packaging, within 30 days after receiving it. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Within 7 days after receiving the returned goods, we will issue a refund covering the full price of the purchased goods. Refunds are issued via the payment method used when purchasing the goods.

Prior to returning any item, please contact us and we will guide you through our simple return process.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact us within 3 business days after receiving the damaged item. We will make all due arrangements to either send you a replacement or issue you a refund depending on your preference.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS: If you have received a faulty item, please contact us and we will assist you through the process. Time frames for refunds on faulty goods may vary depending on products.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED: In the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened unless the item is faulty. In addition, all custom objects cannot be returned.
