The slice of toast lifts out. That is your coaster. The toaster it came from holds your phone.

Every colour on this object is the wood itself. The body is North American maple, pale and close-grained. The toast is black walnut, which is why it is the right shade of brown without anyone reaching for a stain. The eyes are purple sandalwood, the feet are red rosewood, and the cheeks are cherry. Five species, cut and fitted so the character is built from timber rather than printed on it.

Why it works

Two objects that live as one. Lift the toast out for a mug, drop it back in and the toaster is whole again.
It holds a phone. The slot props a handset at a readable angle for a recipe or a video while you work.
Colour from species, not stain. Maple, black walnut, purple sandalwood, red rosewood and cherry. Nothing is painted.
Wood insulates. Hot mugs will not mark the table underneath, which is what a coaster is for.
It ages well. Hardwood picks up a patina rather than wearing out, so this looks better in five years than it does today.

Care

Wipe with a dry or barely damp cloth. Keep it out of the dishwasher and away from standing water, and oil it occasionally if you want to keep the grain rich.

Return policy

Here at creativeby.design our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

It’s important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.
If you are unhappy with an item and the item is not faulty, you must return it in its original condition - the condition in which it was sold - and in its original packaging, within 30 days after receiving it. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Within 7 days after receiving the returned goods, we will issue a refund covering the full price of the purchased goods. Refunds are issued via the payment method used when purchasing the goods.

Prior to returning any item, please contact us and we will guide you through our simple return process.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact us within 3 business days after receiving the damaged item. We will make all due arrangements to either send you a replacement or issue you a refund depending on your preference.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS: If you have received a faulty item, please contact us and we will assist you through the process. Time frames for refunds on faulty goods may vary depending on products.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED: In the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened unless the item is faulty. In addition, all custom objects cannot be returned.
